The Chief Executive Secretary of Lands Commission has denied knowledge of any land ownership by Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie by the commission. “ There is nothing in our records concerning that. What you read is what I have read. We don’t have anything recorded here for Sir John as far as our records are concerned ,” the Executive Secretary of the Lands Commission James Dadson told the media on Monday. This comes after a leaked Will of the late Chief Executive officer of the Forestry Commission Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie (Sir John) founds its way on social media amid fears of the sale of the Achimota Forest by government which has caused a lot anxiety in the general public.
